I found the staff attentive. The food offered a good selection, especially during dinner. The room was always clean. Housekeeping did a FANTASTIC job each day.
The music by the pool was often too loud. I found it difficult to relax. There was limited shade around the pool. It was hard to find a spot. The Wi-Fi was slow. It was sometimes difficult to connect in my room.

i was very impressed with the cleanliness. the rooms get cleaned daily to a great standard, and the towels are arranged in fun ways. the staff was always friendly, and they were very helpful. i also appreciate the different food choices available at the hotel's restaurant. they was always something that tasted good.
the drinks are not the best. the beer tasted flat and the vodka looked to be watered down. i spoke to the management about this issue. the gym is small. it has only a few machines.

The staff were amazing and friendly. They were very supportive throughout my stay. The food had very good quality and a delicious variety. The chefs in the main restaurant and the pool bar were awesome. The housekeeping staff was dedicated and very neat. They kept my room super clean (I really appreciated that).
The room was a bit small and it was hard to find sockets to plug in my devices.

The staff was amazing. They seemed to be the only thing holding the place together.
The entertainment was so loud it seemed like living inside a speaker. There was no escape from the constant noise. The food was quite repetitive, one might even say boring, and the drinks tasted suspiciously watered down. I swear, I could've mixed better cocktails myself.
